Incident on log tables

[2026-09-09 11:20:51] We have replayed all the email sending logs.

The log table creation job was frozen without any errors, so we were not informed of the issue encountered. To overcome this issue, we have set up an independent job that checks the creation of partition tables and if error, we will be alerted. Please excuse us for the stolen gene.

We currently have an issue with the log history tables. The emails continue to be sent, but they are not logged; nevertheless, we will be able to recreate the history. The sms are stuck in the queue
